Our goal is to bridge the gap between education and industry by equipping young professionals with practical, future-ready skills. In collaboration with GIZ, we supported the Build4Skills program to empower young women from TVET institutions with essential digital competencies for the construction industry. Over 8 weeks, participants received hands-on training in tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D, followed by a 4-week industrial attachment to apply their skills in real-world environments. This initiative reflects our commitment to fostering innovation and excellence in technical education.
